Event Details
This is our third annual appearance in the Leesburg (VA) 4th of July Parade. Followed by member picnic - this year the picnic is hosted by Pete Levins.
Our ODCC rally point is the Red, Hot, and Blue restaurant parking lot in Leesburg at 8:15 AM, with a prompt departure and cruise to Ida Lee Park at 8:30 AM.
The official staging and starting location of the parade is from 8-10 AM at Ida Lee Park in Leesburg, please plan to arrive at our rally point promptly. The parade start time is 10 AM sharp.
Additional details, as needed, will be emailed to everyone who signs up once we receive final details from the sponsor. This event is the morning of July 4th.
ODCC tradition follows the event with a member picnic - the picnic will include brats and buns provided by ODCC and each member is welcome to bring drinks, a covered dish, snack or dessert (something that wont spoil in the hot sun all day during the parade.) The picnic location is at Pete Levins home and his address is listed in the member roster online at the ODCC website.
